Joseph M. Dezelan
Currently, Joe is a board member for Cathedral High School. He has been a volunteer and past board member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and School. Joe has also volunteered with the Catholic Youth Organization, Butler University B Association, Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana and the Tamarindo Foundation .
Joe has been married to Cathy Corsaro Dezelan for 47 years and is the proud parent of three children and three grand children.
Martin S. Dezelan
Before joining Dezelan Insurance Agency, Martin was the director of Ball State University’s Office of Charter Schools and prior to that he worked in marketing and business development at Shiel Sexton and was director of government affairs for the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
Martin is a licensed Property and Casualty Agent and is current pursuing licensing in Life, Accident and Health.
Martin has served as the board president for Enlace Academy Charter School and also the former board president for Mapleton Fall Creek Development Corporation. Martin is a former member of St. Richards Episcopal Day School and is a member of Trinity Episcopal Church. Martin is married to Anne-Marie Dezelan, owner of Annie-O’s Event Planning and they have one son, Jeramie.

Derick L. Warner
Derick is very involved in his local church where he is a youth leader. He also volunteers as a tutor that works weekly with intermediate and high school children, as well as adult technical training at the local library. Derick was born and raised a Hoosier. He enjoys all sports and is a fan of the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts. In his spare time you will find him playing golf or basketball with his local church league.

Susan D. Masters, CIC
Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent and Office Manager
Over the course of 23 years, Susan has been involved with youth softball and youth soccer in Elizabethtown, Ky. Her roles have included coaching, commission and board member at local, state and regional levels. After moving to Indiana in 2010, Susan coached for Mooresville Optimist Soccer. Susan has volunteered at several community events including the Super Bowl (NFL Experience & SB Village), Indianapolis 500 Rookie Run and Parade and FUMC Mooresville work trip to assist Henryville Tornado victims.
Susan is a Kentucky native and the proud mother of three daughters and grandmother of three granddaughters. Her interests include visiting her home state, volunteering, attending church and spending time with her pet dog, Oasis.
Stacey A. Torres
Stacey has been happily married for 15 years and is the proud mother of four children. She considers her two Pugs, Pepe & Nacho, as family members. She and her family love camping and doing anything outdoors. Stacey is very involved in all four of her children’s schools—from volunteering at book fairs to chaperoning field trips. She is also the team mother for her daughter’s Color Guard Squad.
